Our client is a global private equity investment company which manages capital on behalf of institutional and high-net-worth investors focusing on private equity fund-of-funds and selected co-investments. Your responsibilities
This Vice President / Associate Director role is focused on private equity fund-of-funds investments. It involves the full investment lifecycle – from deal sourcing, due diligence to portfolio management – in a dynamic, international environment.
- Source, evaluate and execute private equity funds and selected co-investment opportunities across the European market
- Leading due-diligence processes, including financial analysis, modelling, and risk evaluation
- Prepare relevant documents and present recommendations to the Investment Committee
- Responsible of fundraising materials, REPs and investor presentations in collaboration with your team
- Coaching and guidance for junior colleagues throughout the investment process
- Monitor existing investments, including active communication with co-investors and associated partners
Your Know-how
- Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment management or with a tier 1 strategy consultancy
- Deep understanding and permeation of the global PE market
- Entrepreneurial mindset paired with a high business acumen
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Flexibility to travel on a regular basis across European countries
- Business fluent in English and German
